Today I was with my loved one. We were praying together. As I prayed for her, an image of a bird escaping from its cage became so vivid in my spirit. I realized it was the Holy Spirit talking to me. I needed to pen down this experience in a note for her.
I always believed the Lord speaks to me through these notes. I was always convinced as I pen down these encounters. It is not just the Lord speaking to me. In return, it is used for the glory of God for my readers.
I was asking the Lord. ”What does the bird being escaped from the cage mean? I see the bird flying out, in fact.
The Holy Spirit whispered.”Pen down, R.J.I will explain to you.”
I was excited. As I wrote this note, I felt the presence of the Holy Spirit so real in me. I just knew it was going to be a great experience.
In the Bible, as we read Psalm 124:7 (NIV) We have escaped like a bird from the fowler’s snare; the snare has been broken, and we have escaped.
I would like to draw your attention to three key words in this verse above.
Bird
Broken
Escaped
Most often, we have become like birds trapped in our own cage. Birds here refers to the person or the soul. The very person will have the thought of being caged for years. It can be strongholds, traps of evil, or maybe just demonic thoughts that have been built over the years.
We are stuck in a situation we never wanted. We find it so difficult to come out of it. But as I meditated on the Scripture above, I was reminded of the bird. It has escaped from the fowler’s snare.
The second keyword I would like to emphasize on is the word broken.
In other words, the snare has been broken and the bird escaped.
This snare can be closely related to afflictions. It can also be tied to sins, thought systems, and patterns of life. These elements entangle and imprison people.
But it is broken today. You would experience a form of total deliverance from the situation that has ensnared you from the very beginning. The same relationship or situation that has made you stuck would be used for His glory.
Genesis chap 18 : 14
14 Is anything too hard for the Lord? I will return to you at the appointed time next year, and Sarah will have a son.”
When we dwell deeper on this verse, it reveals that Sarah was about 90 years old at that time. The promise came to her that she would conceive. I can so imagine herself, probably she has been in her own cage for years, thinking she would never conceive. Scripture has also stated that Sarah was barren. It was a lie she had accepted until the very cage was broken. Once it had been broken, Sarah was able to be totally free. At 90 years old, and with Abraham close to 100 years old, she was able to conceive. In other words, her advanced age did not prevent her from bearing a child.
Are you someone here who feels such?
Maybe you aren’t happy with a situation that took place in your life.
Maybe it was not your original plan. But the mess got bigger and bigger. Suddenly, you find no way out. You feel trapped in the same circle of life.
Or you just feel stuck and no progress. Or maybe there is progress, but there is no inner joy.
You may not realize it, but you have been taking control of your own life. You do this with your own mathematics and logical thinking. Yet, remember it is the Lord who holds you in His palm. He would never leave you in the cage. When Jesus is in your life, the cage has to break. That’s how it works.
The devil loves to plant thoughts of evil in our mind that reminds us God is not with us.
It is totally the lie of the enemy!
I want to remind each of our readers here today
Hebrews chap 13 : 5 says ” He will never leave you nor forsake you.”
The bird escaped from the cage. I believe it is a prophecy for this sister. It is also a prophecy for anyone else who is reading this note today. In the final three months of 2025, there would be a season of supernatural overflow.
”You will experience freedom, and you will see things changing in your life. Like how the fowler’s snare was broken, the cage has been broken today. The favor of God is upon you and your generation, and you will see the manifestation of it. It is your season of breakthrough. A season to experience generational blessings, which is from Christ alone. Total freedom comes from resting in Christ. As you rest in His presence, you will experience this freedom. It has already been manifested. This is your season of increased glory.”Amen
Zechariah 4 : 6 : “Then he answered and spoke to me: ‘This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the LORD of hosts.”
God delivered this message to Zerubbabel, the governor of Judah. At this moment, they were engaged with the lengthy and difficult task of rebuilding the temple. The verse reminded Zerubbabel that the temple would be completed only by the Power of the Holy Spirit. It was not to be accomplished by individual ability.
Have you at times focused on your own individual ability to achieve something in life?
Or maybe God has given you a vision and a dream. You are trying to get it to come to pass by your own individual ability?
Friends, it doesn’t work that way.
I wanted to dive deeper into the meaning of might, power, and spirit.
MIGHT : Ischus (ἰσχύς)
This Greek word signifies “might,” “strength,” or “ability,” and is often associated with the strength to accomplish something.
POWER :Dunamis (δύναμις):
This term refers to a “power,” “miracle,” or “ability,” indicating inherent capacity for miraculous deeds and works.
SPIRIT :Pneuma (πνεῦμα):
This is the Greek word for “spirit,” “breath,” or “wind,” and in this context, it refers to the Holy Spirit of God.
In summary, the verse emphasizes that God’s supernatural Spirit is the source of true strength and power. It surpasses any human effort or military might.
When I was writing this note today, I was reminded of a divine experience. It was with the Holy Spirit when I was a medical student. I remember it was beyond midnight, when suddenly the windows of my room were wide open with strong wind. The strong wind woke me up.
I felt a volume of breath blown deep into my spirit. I felt a spirit becoming so real in me. The voice was so real, SOPHIA. SOPHIA was blown into my ears.SOPHIA in Greek means the divine wisdom of God. Divine realities into the mystery of God. That experience was so real that no man can explain it. I believe that was the beginning of my personal encounters with the Holy Spirit.
Since then, I have been writing for the Lord. Often, when I read back my own notes, I realize it is the Holy Spirit.
Friends, have you had any dreams that are beyond your human ability? I do. But, sometimes I doubt the dream as I see my own circumstances in life.So many things look so, so impossible.But the desire and passion is so real in my Spirit and only the Lord knows the reality of it.

Deep down, you know you can never do it. You come from a very simple family. You come from a troubled background.
I have my own share of stories that only the Lord knows. Sometimes when I look back at my own life, I have come to learn something profound. It is the power of the Holy Spirit in me. I am a girl with big dreams for the Lord. When I see my dream that God has placed in my heart, I understand it is beyond my human ability. I can’t achieve it alone. It requires divine intervention.
I realize that since then, the devil has been trying to quench the Holy Spirit in me. I struggled a lot with inferiority and insecurity. But the urge to go beyond my human ability is strong. I want to do something big for the Lord. This feeling is so real in my Spirit.
Today, after many years, the Holy Spirit reminded me.
‘‘RJ, your source is me. The Holy Spirit. Stay connected to me. I will reveal to you the mystery of the Kingdom. The gift in you does not belong to you, but it belongs to the Lord. Everything that you do belongs to the Lord. People reading your notes will experience supernatural breakthroughs and miracles because it is powered by me, the Holy Spirit. I will bring you to nations. Watch me work. One thing I ask you to do is , stay connected to me, the Source.” says the Holy Spirit.”
Tears started flowing down, as I felt the presence so real as I was writing this note today. I have been distracted. I am too focused on the noise around me. Because of this, I forget the Holy Spirit in me all the time.
In the last quarter of 2025, I made up my mind to invest in myself in Spirit. What better way to invest than spending time with the Holy Spirit, my source. I believe this is the season of expansion, breakthroughs, and divine supernatural miracles.
I am so done living a mediocre life. I am so done living based on my human ability. I want to continue leaning on this person, Holy Spirit. My prayer is , when men look at me, they see the power of the Holy Spirit in me.
”Abba, use me for your Kingdom. I refuse to live a mediocre life .I want to do BIG for your Kingdom. I thank you everywhere I go, I walk in the presence of God. I pray, Lord, this presence rubs off on each person that I can get in touch with. Use me as your voice in this generation. I surrender my whole life, my ministry, my family, my everything unto your altar. I thank you for this divine, supernatural presence in me.
I thank you for this gift of Wisdom that you have given me by Grace. Make me a mouthpiece for you alone.I want to seek you like never before.” Amen
Matthew chap 6 : 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Yesterday, during church service, towards the end, a leader of the church came forth. He asked if there was anyone experiencing a difficult situation like the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. My hands lifted up automatically. He told one significant thing: there is a Fourth person in the fiery furnace.
“I felt an instant urge to go home and dive deeper into this story.”
Let us read this story from the Bible together.
Daniel 3 : 16-20
16 Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego replied to him, “King Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you in this matter. 17 If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it, and he will deliver us[a] from Your Majesty’s hand. 18 But even if he does not, we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.”
19 Then Nebuchadnezzar was furious with Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, and his attitude toward them changed. He ordered the furnace heated seven times hotter than usual 20 and commanded some of the strongest soldiers in his army to tie up Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego and throw them into the blazing furnace.
The king’s command was so urgent and the furnace so hot that the flames of the fire killed the soldiers who took up Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, 23 and these three men, firmly tied, fell into the blazing furnace.
24 Then King Nebuchadnezzar leaped to his feet in amazement and asked his advisers, “Weren’t there three men that we tied up and threw into the fire?”
They replied, “Certainly, Your Majesty.”
25 He said, “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.”
As I was meditating on this story, the Holy Spirit reminded me. No matter what furnace of fire we go through in life, we are not in the battle alone. There is a fourth person.
Who is this fourth person?
The bible records in Daniel chap 3 verse 28 that says 28 Then Nebuchadnezzar said, “Praise be to the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who has sent his angel and rescued his servants!
In verse 25 it states 25 He said, “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.”
So, this shows there was something divine. There was a presence of God during this time when they were in the fire. The furnace was seven times hotter. But because of this fourth person, the three men of God were not touched by fire. I believe this person is the Holy Spirit himself.
When we continue reading the passage, we find that at the end, King Nebuchadnezzar promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. He promoted them in the province of Babylon. The person who threatened them with the fire was the same person who promoted them. He realized there was something divine with them.
Are you someone here going through some form of fiery furnace?
I was just telling the Lord last weekend,” Abba I have so many needs around me. Give me the grace to do what is needed.”
“I thought things were finally turning for the better, but yesterday I received news that shattered my spirit. I felt broken and cried out to the Lord, ‘Really, Lord? Is this truly happening?”
But the image of the divine presence trailing through Shadrach,Meshach and Abednego reminded me I was not to be worried. Instead, continue magnifying the Lord because the presence of God is with me.
Isaiah chap 43 :1
But now, this is what the Lord says— he who created you, Jacob, he who formed you, Israel: “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.
“Each of us is living a story only we can tell—a story called life. Along this journey, we face storms and seasons that test our spirit, shaping us to rise with courage or, at times, pushing us to the edge of surrender.”
I was comforted knowing there is a fourth in the story of the fiery furnace. I was comforted knowing I am not alone in this battle. The Holy Spirit is with me.
Even when I was writing the note today, I told the Holy Spirit, I refuse to be mediocre. I pray that every step of my journey will give you back the glory. I asked the Holy Spirit to guide me through my next season of life.
Then I hear the gentle voice of the Holy Spirit, reminding me.”Have you forgotten you are a Child of God? The presence of God rubs off on you. You don’t need to show them. The presence rubs off on you. Wherever you go, you bring the presence. Do not fear, I am with you, whispered the Holy Spirit.”
I thank God for this divine encounter, even when I was writing this note.I am so grateful for His love upon me.
If you are struggling in one way or another, remember this. There is something powerful you can do. Do the most powerful thing you can do. That is going to the Lord in prayer. He will not leave you nor forsake you.
Say this today : ”I thank you Lord for the presence of the Holy Spirit in my life.”-R.J.JOHN

Whatever struggles or challenges they are going through, You be glorified in their life. You are the fourth person in any fiery situation that they are going through in their life. Quicksand is a mixture of two phases of matter. They pack together to produce a surface that looks solid but collapses from weight or vibration.
Have you imagined someone getting stuck in quicksand? There is no way out except there is a divine intervention. Even though you can’t sink all the way into quicksand, it’s a killer. Death can come in the form of suffocation, dehydration, hypothermia, predators, crush syndrome, or drowning from a river or incoming tide.
A rescuer can’t simply pull a victim out of quicksand. Nonetheless, a person can help reduce the victim’s weight. A branch can also help. This makes it easier to work freely and float.
Have you seen someone getting stuck in quicksand?
I have. My loved one. I know it clearly. He is stuck in a situation. Slowly, he is getting suffocated. Only the Lord can do something about it.
Today, my loved one came running to me asking for some form of assistance. I know he is in the quicksand. Not one or two years, but it has been close to 18 years plus. He has been sinking inside. I felt pity for him, but I could not do much except resort to the Lord.
Most of the time, if I do not know what else to do, I focus on one thing. I focus on the thing I can do. I write unto the Lord because I know my Jesus is alive.
I know deep down in my heart this gift of writing is a spiritual weapon I am using. This weapon helps me go against the spiritual darkness. Today, my loved one came running to me asking me,” What are we going to do to solve this problem. If we don’t find any immediate measure, the problem will get bigger. I sense a spirit of worry drowning us as a whole family. I walked away. Probably, I am walking away from responsibility.
But, I told the Lord, ” I do not know what else to do. I am laying this whole matter unto you, Lord. I will do something more spiritual, I will write to you. You solve the problem for me, for us as a family. I am sick and tired of this mess. Let this mess turn into a message for your glory. My sincere wish is to have this whole story go back to you as a testimony.”
The Holy Spirit led me to this image above, and I was grateful for the Word.
Philippians chapter 4: 6-7
6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
I decided to switch off my worry mode and move in faith.
Matthew 21:22 – And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.
Luke 1:37 – For nothing will be impossible with God.
Hebrews 11:6 – And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.
Are you all in a situation where you need the Lord to divinely intervene in your situation?
Are you someone here who is sinking into quicksand, and you feel there is nobody to help you?
Have you ever felt like the Egyptians are pursuing you, and there’s no way forward or back? You cry out for help, but instead of comfort, you’re met with voices that add to your fear and condemnation, pulling you deeper into despair. It feels as though you’re drowning — yet in that moment, only God can make a way where there seems to be no way.
Do you feel lonely? Is there no Christian brother or sister capable of reaching out to you?
Sometimes life is such. Whether we like it or not, we must turn to the Lord to solve anything in life. One thing I have learn in life. When there is a genuine need somewhere, nobody will go the extra mile to help. Only the Lord can do something.
I see my loved one is drowning in the quicksand. Sadly, I am in the position of only watching him sink. But I decided to switch off my worry button and on my faith switch. I am even more disappointed when there is nobody around us who can lend us any practical help. Instead, they condemn us as a family.
Words such as,
”You are not praying enough,”!
”The devil is at work in your family !”
”You can never solve this mess.There is no end to this .”
”It cannot be solved. You made a mistake. You must reap the mistake.”
”There is nothing we can do.”
The list goes on and on. Slowly, these words of condemnation have crawled in, and we are silently crying unto the Lord.
I chose to let go. But I decided to write unto the Lord because I have faith that my Lord will intervene.
I started speaking to the situation.”In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, my loved one will be saved from this quicksand. Not by might ,not by power but by the Spirit of God.””Abba, send us someone. Let them give us a branch for my loved one to make the weight of this mess lighter. Abba, lift us out from this quicksand. Enough is enough. Do something, Abba. Be the Lord of our lives.I pray your name be glorified in this mess. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
Psalm 40 : 1-3
“I waited patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; He set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the Lord and put their trust in him.”
Prayer for today: ” Abba, I thank you, Lord. You will victoriously lift up my loved one from this quicksand. Thank you for saving us as a family. I pray for divine intervention. In Jesus’ name. Amen

Ecclesiastes 3:11 : He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end
Many years ago, God gave me a vision. That is to write unto Him. Since then, I have always been writing in my notes. I felt it was a way for me to communicate with God.
I always knew I had limited myself in a box. I always knew there was more to be done, but I was afraid to take the first step. I looked at my own ability. I forgot it is the Lord alone who has carried me through seasons and storms in my life.
This week has been one of the most hectic weeks for me. I had so many programs and work to attend to. At one moment, I felt I was draining my energy. But I wanted to just thank God. I managed to get some time to just write this note, to say thank you to Him.
I was grateful that the Lord did not forsake me in spite of me forgetting Him many times. Most of the time, when things are difficult, I ask God 101 times,” Where is He. Why isn’t He coming in? Why isn’t there a divine intervention?
The personal battle I am going through is not one or two years long. But it has been close to 20 years. I can’t share this with anyone. Most of the time, the society around me will play the blame game. I carry this insecurity, fear, and guilt deep within my soul. Only the Lord knows exactly what I am going through. The more I try to fix a situation, the more bitter I become from the inside.
Holy Spirit reminded me, ”Everything is beautiful in His time, RJ.”
Today, I find myself in the midst of chaos. Looking back, the pain and sadness that have weighed on my family and me feel overwhelming—almost as if we’ve been forgotten. But in the midst of it all, my mum said something simple yet powerful: “RJ, just concentrate on yourself.”
I decided to keep my silent cries away. Learn to focus on myself. When I start to do it,I realize the Lord is bringing me to places. The Lord is opening doors for me.
Isaiah 60:1-2 New International Version (NIV)“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you and his glory appears over you.
This verse resonated within my spirit all day. Today, I went in front to give a talk to a group of working professionals. When I was delivering the speech, I was just thinking, ”How come I can reach this level to give this speech in the midst of a chaos back home,” ? It is definitely the grace of God.
I ask the Lord to guide my footsteps. I told the Lord today, Give me a platform to do more things for Him. As I do things unto the Lord, I told him to take care of my deepest desires, that is taking care of my family.
I can’t do much for them, but the Lord can save situations. I was tired of struggling to just live an empty life. I prayed unto the Lord, asking for His mercy upon us as a family.
Holy Spirit whispered to me again,” It is time, RJ. It is time for you to come out of your comfort zone. You will witness the Glory of God in your life like never before.
1 Corinthians 2:9-10 NIV. However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived”— the things God has prepared for those who love him— these are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit.
‘‘Abba as I surrender my life unto you,let my life be a life of miracles and manifestation of your goodness in my life. Guide me through, surprise me Lord .Hold my hands tight, Holy Spirit. I will follow you wherever you ask me to go. I want to do what needs to be done.”Amen
I was about to sleep when suddenly a loved one of mine texted me. They said they didn’t know what to do except pray.
I wanted to just go to bed. Suddenly, the word Mercy came deep inside my Spirit. I was led to write a note on Mercy.
Looking at the image above, one person offered an umbrella to a stranger, knowing it was raining. The person didn’t walked away. But instead, she acknowledged the rain—the reality—and extended kindness. That’s what mercy looks like.
I am not sure about you guys out there. But I am someone here today needing someone to show me and my family some form of umbrella. Some form of shield.Some form of protection.
”Lord, I am amazed at how you show us Mercy.”Have you faced a situation with the same issue persisting for years? You probably find yourself not knowing what else to do about it.
Things around us may not favor us, and we feel helpless. I was telling the Lord today, ”Have mercy upon me and my family today.”
We have faced a certain challenge for many years. We try all kinds of ways to get out of the situation. Somehow or another, we are dragged into the same mess again and again. These are wounds only God sees.
Tried looking for help outside, but we get ridiculed and mocked, and silently, we have to just lead our lives. Behind my silent smiles are so many buried tears and fears that have been built up over the years. It was silent blocks of trauma that only the Lord can heal.
I try my best not to focus on the situations at home. I focus on what I can do and surrender my whole life unto the Lord. When I see the mess I am going through, I don’t know what else to do. I just pray and let the Lord lead.
I stop fixing. I stop analyzing. I stop judging. I surrender and say:
“Lord, have mercy on me and my family.”
Matthew 5:7 “Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.”
James 2:13b “Mercy triumphs over judgment”
As humans, we tend to easily judge situations. We easily give out our logical solutions to settle certain issues in life.I believe I have tried many times to judge the whole situation I am going through. I give out logical, immediate solutions. I thought it would solve the problem, but instead it grew bigger and bigger.
Today, I decided to let go and surrender the whole matter unto the Lord. But one thing I ask the Lord is for mercy for my whole situation. A mistake was made. Repeatedly done, and hence I asked the Lord for His mercy. I believe God’s mercy is bigger than any mistake that we have made today.
Lamentations 3 : 22-23The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.
Prayer: ”Abba, please take care of us. Forgive us as a family. I pray the blood of Jesus covers us as a family. Be the LORD of our life. Thank you for showing us mercy.Amen ”-R.JOHN
Last weekend, 19th April 2025, was the most life-changing event in my life. I never planned towards it, but the Lord directed me to take a massive step of faith. It was also Easter Weekend, when the whole world was celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
I was brought up in a traditional Christian Home. We emphasized church attendance and the upbringing of the Christian faith. I also underwent infant baptism when I was a child, and it was full immersion. I am always grateful for the foundation I have received. Today, I was moved to share my salvation story with you.
I was 21 years old then. During my studies in Moscow, I came to know Jesus as my personal Savior. That was about 20 years ago. I just knew Christianity is beyond religion. It was the Life of God in us. I grew up learning the Lord, and things unfolded quickly after that. I received the gift of tongues. I was actively involved in ministry and became a cell leader. Soon after, I became a zone leader. I was very much involved in medical missions during that time. God told me to write a book. I needed a vision and divine visitation before I started.
God gave me the courage to publish my first book in 2014, and I was excited for the Lord. But at the same time, I battled a lot with my emotions and insecurity. Disappointments set in. I felt discouraged when I did not continue what the Lord told me to do. I struggled to continue doing what the Lord told me to do.
I didn’t know who would support me in this writing journey, and I felt inferior and intimidated. I was afraid. But one thing I did since then is that I never neglected to write notes on my website. I felt I was writing for the Lord, even if nobody read it. So, it kept me going.
Fast forward, it is already 2025 now. I decided to follow a strict 50-day Lent Season for the Easter Celebration. I also decided to become a vegetarian during the lent season. Besides that, I also decided to assign a certain time for worship and prayer. I will serve in my home church in the capacity I can. At the end of 50 days, I never expected to do something beyond my imagination.
A few days before the Lent Season ended, I attended a regular cell group meeting where the topic of discussion was water baptism. As the senior leader spoke clearly about the importance of baptism, I distinctly heard a voice within me say, “You should do it, RJ.”
I was arguing with my Spirit and Mind at first. I wondered why I should, since I have done an infant baptism. But the voice in me was so strong that I knew I had to obey it. My pastor at the church I am presently attending made us clearly understand the importance of public adult baptism. It is where we make the choice ourselves. Out of obedience, I decided to take the step of faith.
I signed up for the baptism class out of obedience. I managed to be baptized in a church I have been attending lately. It dawned on me,” You are baptizing into Christ and not baptized into the church.”Sometimes I realize I just complicate unnecessary matters.
When I went for baptism, I felt it was a different ballgame altogether. I felt like I attended a graduation ceremony. I felt a sense of freedom when I went under the water. I decided to leave my anxiety there. I also left my fear of man, doubt, anger, pride, bitterness, and past under the water. I made up my mind to leave it there.
When I rose back above the water, this verse came deep into my Spirit :
Acts chap 1: 8
8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
There was an unexplainable excitement within me. I believe it is the Joy of the Lord. I felt I had graduated into my next phase of my life.
I decided I must pen down this journey. One day in the future, I will look back. I will always be reminded of what took place in April 2025.
Jesus’ public ministry started after his baptism. I look forward to how God will use me in my work, ministry, and family. I told the Holy Spirit today, ”Use me for your Kingdom. I am sincerely fed up with the past. I have left my past under the water. You know me best. Lead me through.”
2nd Corinthians chap 5 :17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come:The old has gone, the new is here!
I thank God for this experience.I thank God for this supernatural reality. The Lord has taken me from the past. He is bringing me into the future.

Someone was telling me today.”RJ, only you know what to do to solve this matter.”
Haiz, I walked out of the conversation, trying to tell the person. ”I sincerely don’t know what else to do.”
It is a serious battle; only God knows what I am going through.
As I was driving back, I was just led to go into a coffee shop and write. I just knew my safe spot was writing to the Lord. I knew it was through writing that the Lord speakes to me. I knew writing for me was my spiritual warfare. I always knew writing was my spiritual weapon. I wanted to hear Him speak to me today.
Suddenly, this voice came to me,’ ‘Scales to drop.”
What scales, Holy Spirit?
What I must do. ” Everyone keeps asking me to solve the matter. But I sincerely don’t know what else to do.”
Whenever we speak on scales, I don’t know about you. Somehow, my mind was directed to the scales on the fish. I was just directed to read more about the scales of fish as I was writing this note today.
Not all fish have scales. Scales often develop later in a fish’s life. They grow from the skin and protect against predators, disease, and habitat. They also serve as camouflage. Some mirror-like scales even give the illusion of invisibility. They achieve this by catching the light when it hits the water and then scattering the reflection in multiple directions. Fish don’t shed their scales as part of their growth. Thus, their scales grow with them, and pertinent information is documented along the way.
Then, what the Holy Spirit was trying to tell me dawned on me. Scales collect information along the way . Fishes don’t shed their scales. But to eat the fish, you must remove these scales. This removal is vital, preventing unpleasantness and eliminating a choking hazard.
Likewise, many of us may have these scales on us, too. Life circumstances and challenges have formed certain scales in our eyes and minds. These scales make us spiritually blinded to the things of the world. These scales have molded how we perceive situations in life as well. These scales have also affected how we treat our spouses. They affect our relationships with our parents, siblings, church members, and anyone in our contact circle.
For example, you are facing a challenge in your life. It requires high pressure to handle situations. How you react to certain situations can result from the scales built in us. This happens during the years of growing up. Bitterness, unforgiveness, repetitive situations in life, or anger have built scales on us without us realizing it.
The scale forms on us without our awareness. It results from situations and challenges that have occurred over the years. This formation influences how we react to certain situations in life.
So, as I mentioned earlier. These scales must be removed to move to the next phase in life. Come, let us look together in the Bible. What does the Bible say about scales to drop? It is a story of Saul converting into Paul.
Acts chap 9 : 17 &18 ( NIV) Then Ananias went to the house and entered it. Placing his hands on Saul, he said, “Brother Saul, the Lord—Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you were coming here—has sent me so that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit.” 18 Immediately, something like scales fell from Saul’s eyes, and he could see again. He got up and was baptized,
This passage in the book of Acts clearly speaks to us about the transformative power of faith. It also highlights the divine intervention of the Lord. The chapter showcases Ananias, a disciple in Damascus who is obedient to minister to Saul. He was fearful in the beginning, but he obeyed.
Just as Saul underwent a powerful transformation, we, too, can be renewed through Christ. No past is too broken or dark for God’s light to reach and redeem.
Reflecting back on today’s note today. Most oftentimes, we expect another person to drop off their scales. I would like to encourage each of my readers today. Please meditate on today’s note. Ask the Holy Spirit to remove the scales from our own eyes first. If you feel there are no scales on you, it is spiritual pride. This pride has built up over the years. It can be dangerous if there is something or a repetitive situation keeps taking place in your life. It is time to take your stand. These scales have been built over the years as we grew up. Come before the Lord renewed and ask the Lord to remove these scales.
Or you may have a loved one. Deep down in your spirit, you know they have strong scales. This scales has blinded the way they perceive situations in life. They behave like the whole world is against them. Just submit the person unto the Lord. But before doing that, ask the Lord to remove your scales first, and the Lord will lead.
Or maybe you are an Ananias today. The Lord is calling you to minister to a person. He also calls you to minister to a certain group or even to a generation. If He has called you to do it, do not let anyone or anything stop you from being that person. Remove distractions along the way.
Spiritual blindness is the biggest blindness one can have in today’s world. Everyone wants to prove their point is correct. The person can pray for hours in tongues or spend hours in churches. But, when real situations or challenges occur, how they react to certain situations showcases the real person. You can spot them easily. Manipulative spirit behind a loved one especially. Identifying them and rebuking the spirit behind your loved one is important.
If you know someone struggling in one way or another, take some time to pray for that person. Deep down in your heart, you know these are scales built over the years. So, they are blinded to life, like how Ananias was sent to Saul for him to become Paul. He will do the same transformative power for your loved one as well.
Being aware of the works of the enemy is important. Always ask the Lord for wisdom on how we should react to certain situations in life.
Ephesians (NIV) chap 6 : 12-13 ” For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.’‘
My dad told me today,”God will intervene RJ.”I took it as a prophetic word in my life.
I guess it’s time to move ahead and do what is needed. As I ended today’s note, I clearly heard the Holy Spirit speaking to me.
”Do not let anything cloud your mind. Scales has dropped RJ.” It is time for the next season. Thank God for it. You know what to do. Be excited for the next phase of your life.”
I guess it is no turning back. I am not waiting for the scales to drop. The scales have dropped! Hallelujah. Praise God.

Prayer for today: ”Abba Father, I thank you, Lord, for today. I praise you Lord you are supernatural in every area of my life. I thank you Lord for everything. I surrender my life into your hands. I thank you Lord you have revealed to me the scales and removed the scales from my eyes today. I praise you, Lord. I also thank you for my readers. There is a supernatural transformative power in their lives. Whatever scales or spiritual blindness they have experienced, I thank God it has dropped. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
Application:
Next week is Easter. Take these few days towards Easter to consecrate your life to the Lord. Open your hearts and minds to hear from the Lord. Do not focus on your problems in life. Enough is enough. Focus on the Word of God.
If you speak in tongues, spend at least one hour daily. If you don’t speak in tongues, I encourage you to read Psalms or just say praises an hour a day. We are preparing ourselves for Easter. Be expectant.
Have morning or evening prayer walks. It will change your life . Trust me in this.

Proverbs 3:5-6 (New International Version):”Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
A few weeks ago, I had just completed a huge project that had been due for some time. I had been delaying the submission for some time. However, I realized something important when I finally submitted the project. I could not have reached this level without God from the very beginning. I was so grateful for the Goodness of God in my life despite my weakness in many areas.
Dear readers, do you sometimes realize you are suddenly in a position where grace and favor follow you through? You can’t stop them. This is a season of elevation.
Many times, I wanted to give up this particular project. I did not think I would be capable of finishing it. Today, I realize that the Lord was there. He guided me through despite my weakness.
I was just moved to dedicate today’s note unto the Lord to thank the Lord.

When I thought I had finished one phase of my journey, the Holy Spirit rekindled some silent dreams. These dreams were awakened within my Spirit. I felt that new dreams were awakening. I just knew deep within me that a new phase was starting. I was afraid I was not capable of doing it. But the Holy Spirit reminded me He will be there. He will guide me through.
I just wanted to pen down my conversation with the Holy Spirit in today’s note.
Holy Spirit: ”RJ,you are ready for the next phase of your life. You know what you need to do. It is time. It is time for elevation.”
RJ( myself):”Deep down in my Spirit, I am doubtful, Lord. I am afraid.But since you have said I am ready, I want to be obedient. Yes, I have delayed too long. It is time. ”
Holy Spirit: ”Do not fear. It is time. I will lead you. There will be doors of opportunities opened for you. You can’t stop them. Opportunities will find you. Do not be distracted. As you build my House and my people, I will go before you and your family.”
It was something very deep. It was a mandate given to me many years ago. But I have delayed it because I have 101 reasons and excuses. But indeed, the Lord did not give up on me. I have asked him many times.
”Why me, Lord. I am not capable of completing them.”-RJ
But I guess the Lord works differently. He is so patient with me.
Today, I was just moved to dedicate my life to the Lord. I want to yield myself unto Him. I just know the Lord is there for me. Decided to be obedient to the call.
The word elevation came to my Spirit. Tried to create an image that I imagined in my Spirit. The picture below explains a girl jumping over and elevating herself without support. It is pure faith. With that faith, she crosses over. She is bold and courageous. She is focused and determined to do what the Lord has told her.
Looking back at my life, I have realized His grace was enough. I want to put my past behind me and move ahead. Taking this new mandate given to me.
To all my readers, I would like to share the good news with you. Like the girl above, be the person who can take whatever it is to do what is needed. That includes coming out of your comfort zone. The Holy Spirit is with you. If you embark on a new journey or rekindle some past dreams, the Lord is with you. Be focused and determined. Do not be distracted. The Lord will guide . Opportunities will find you.

Lately, the Holy Spirit has been reminding me I have a Redeemer, the Lord Jesus Christ himself. Most often, we overlook how significant the word Redeemer is.
You may be going through a difficult situation right now. Only you and God know what exactly your situation is. The good news is, no matter how broken a problem is, Your Redeemer Lives.
John 3:16 (NIV) 16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life
I grew up memorizing this bible verse from a very young age during my school days. I will always be grateful for the foundation that I have received. But I never really caught the revelation till my mid-twenties. The verse clearly says how much God loved the world. Because He loved the world, He gave his one and only Son.
Why must God give His one and only Son?
God “gave” his son Jesus as a sacrifice to redeem humanity from sin, demonstrating the ultimate act of love by sending Jesus to Earth to die on the cross, thereby providing a path to forgiveness and eternal life for those who believe in him; essentially, Jesus’ sacrifice atoned for the sins of mankind, allowing reconciliation with God.
The primary nature that separates us from God is our sinful nature. The Lord knew this, and He knew the only way to save humankind back was to send his son, Jesus. By sending his son Jesus to die for our sins, God is working to restore the radiance of his own glory shining in and through us. The apostle John expresses this reality effectively. He writes: “See what kind of love the Father has given to us. We should be called children of God, and so we are.”
When we look through the pages of the Old Testament, we see God created the World. He gave humankind Adam and Eve to be in charge of the world. But sadly, sin came into the picture, and since then, humanity has been separated from God.
Genesis 3:7 (NIV) says, ” Then both eyes were opened, and they knew they were naked.”
This verse reminds us Adam and Eve knew they were separated from God after they sinned. They became aware of sin and its consequences. What eyes were opened?
It was their awareness. The spiritual life was cut off from God. Conviction of separation from God. If we read through all the pages of the Old Testament, we can see that humankind always tried to reach God. Sacrifices were involved. But did God let go of his original plan for the world?
No. Because He loved the world so much, He sent Jesus. Because He knew the only way to redeem the world was by shedding the blood of his own son, Jesus.
The Word Redeemer carries a huge significance in our lives. I would like to encourage my readers today. No matter how much mess you are going through, I have good news for you. Your redeemer lives!
Last night, I was talking to the Lord. I asked Him about practical steps on a huge mountain I was facing. I was determined to end it soon. I was asking the Lord what I should do. I am so done living a mediocre life. I know the calling that the Lord has for me.
The Holy Spirit reminded me that He is my redeemer. I felt the presence of God so real in my Spirit, and I went to bed.
I am excited to see how the Lord leads me through this journey. But my prayer is that every step of my walk with God would give him back the Glory.
‘‘Abba, use me as an instrument for your Kingdom. Let your glory so shine in my life, when men see me ,they will see You real in my life.”-R.J.JOHN
