Psalms 9: 10 (NIV) Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you.
Are you someone here who is struggling to be successful? You feel there is such a struggle in becoming the person whom God has destined you. You try many ways to make certain things work in your life, but somehow it isn’t working. Deep down in your heart, you want more in life. You may feel there is a season of dryness and stagnation.

I would like to encourage my readers today, TRUST GOD. When you trust someone, there is a form of security. You just know things will be good. Do you have a loved one that you trust? Deep down in your heart, you just know that the person will be there for you when you need the person the most. The person could be your husband, your parents, or your good friend. You just know you can trust the person. Trust is built upon a relationship and spending time with the person. Knowing the person for who he is. That is trust.
If you are someone here who says you trust God, but at the same time you doubt that God is a God of the supernatural, you are actually not trusting him. This happens when we do things religiously. We don’t spend time with God to know Him enough. Before God can do or work out something supernatural in life, you may want to give up or find men to give you the solution.
In my medical profession journey, I remember in my early days as a junior doctor, I was always insecure and felt I could never provide the best for my patients. I thought I trusted God, but I wanted an easy way out: to quit medicine and do something easier. I remember those days, I would always want to quit every single day. But God is a faithful God. He helped me and walked me through the journey.
God was faithful. He handpicked me and gave me the courage, and I realized the more I spent time with the Lord, it is no more I did, but I came to realize this whole journey was to give God the glory. 10 years later, I am in the midst of completing a huge project related to my medical profession, and again I’m filled with insecurity. But this time, this small, still voice reminds me that ” I AM the God of wonders. Trust Me.”
Many times we tend to look at what we don’t have. For example, we may not have the skills, the support, or the finances to do something. But if you already have all that, why need God then? God can only come in when you realize you don’t have something and trust the Lord completely. When you trust, remember, it is God’s way. Many times we do things our way and assume it is God’s way. God’s way will not bring you to a place of dryness, darkness, debts, and frustration.
When it is God’s way, it is no more your plan. It is no more your logical way of human understanding to solve problems in life. His plans are way bigger beyond your human understanding because God is God. Human understanding always brings us to a place of a temporary solution .
If you are someone here who is going through some challenges today, I would like to encourage my readers to spend time with God. Stop taking actions based on your human understanding. The result of who you are today is the result of the human choices made every time. The devil has taken advantage of the situation and made you make wrong choices in life. It could be financial pressure, insecurity, emotional stress, and fear. If you want a change in your life, it is time to stop making human choices. Be at peace. Trust the Lord.
It is ok when you don’t know how to solve your current situation because the Lord knows the solution at the end of the day. This time it is a permanent solution. Trust the Lord.
Say this today: ” I trust the Lord Jesus Christ ”-R.J.JOHN.
Prayer: ”Abba, I thank you that you are the Lord of the supernatural. I pray, Lord, as we trust in you, Lord, help us know who you are. I thank you for your ways are higher than our ways.”Amen
Application:
- When you spend time with God, pause and hear from Him. Learn to get to know Him. The relationship involves two people.
2. If you need an urgent solution, just thank God that the solution has come and let it go. Thank God for the solution. If worry, negative thoughts, and fear come into your mind, just ignore them and trust the Lord. The Lord is in control of your situation. Let Him do His way this time.
I was writing this note as I listened to the lyrics of this song. Listen and be blessed!
